Course Overview
A Maine-specific curriculum built for continuous online study.
This course follows Maine’s current Sales Agent Course outline as revised effective May 21, 2026. It is a separate 55-hour state product—not an adaptation of the Virginia course.
Three quizzes contain at least 60 objective questions in total. The final contains at least 80 topic-weighted objective questions and is administered at the end. At least two case studies are integrated into the instructional sequence.

Objective testing with explanation, remediation, and auditable timing.
Weighted final examination
At least 80 objective questions allocated by the Commission topic percentages and administered only after instruction is complete.
Two case studies
Rural/waterfront due diligence and offer/agency documentation require students to integrate facts, sources, forms, and professional judgment.
Overall course result
Satisfactory completion requires the approved provider standards and a final numerical course grade of at least 75%.
