The curriculum covers broker disclosure, listings, buyer representation, dual agency and transaction brokerage, compensation, duties, pricing, appraisal, finance, closing costs, contracts, earnest money, misrepresentation, and construction.

Separate-record rule: bundling with the 48-hour course may simplify checkout only. Enrollment, timing, examinations, certificates, reporting, versions, and approvals remain separate.

Assessment and response

Two distinct 50-item final forms support the 75% passing standard. Incorrect performance triggers targeted remediation; instructor inquiries are answered by the end of the next regular business day.
