Oklahoma law and delivery controls are first-class course data.
The course covers all OREC Basic Pre-License areas, a six-month distance enrollment window, secure examination controls, instructor availability, remediation, and five-year student records.
Instructor gate: no owner or generic instructor is assumed. An OREC-approved contract instructor must be assigned later and satisfy the configured education/experience and 80% Oklahoma state and national examination gates.
Timed curriculum
22 modules totaling 90 hours. Secure primary and alternate examination banks are not public.

Each approval and 36-month lifecycle is tracked independently. Instructor assignment remains empty until an eligible OREC-approved contract instructor is recorded.
