Principles & Practices of Real Estate is organized as a complete 60-hour salesperson pre-license curriculum. Each instructional hour connects legal concepts, professional practice, applied examples, knowledge checks, and remediation to a documented Virginia subject map.
The course is designed for serious independent study. Official study time, assessment eligibility, examination results, and completion records will be maintained by the StateCourse compliance engine after approval. Activity shown in this public preview is informational only.

Exam & Completion Requirements
Instruction, assessment, and regulatory credit remain separate controls.
Required study time
Official time will be recorded server-side. Public preview activity never counts toward the 60-hour requirement.
Unit assessment
Knowledge checks and quizzes include scored feedback and required remediation before progression.
Final examination
Exam eligibility begins only after required instruction and assessments are complete. Secure exam materials are not published.
Course completion
The compliance engine—not payment processing—determines completion, regulatory credit, and certificate eligibility.
