A Wisconsin course, not a repackaged national course.

The course maps all 19 subject groups in Wis. Admin. Code REEB 25.033 into a complete 72-hour instructional sequence. National Core material is reused only where substantively appropriate, then paired with a Wisconsin law and practice layer.

Release gate: StateCourse must complete the RE72 program filing, confirm provider/distance authority, assign an instructor accepted through Form #831, and record written approval before enrollment can open.

Timed curriculum

13 modules totaling 72 hours. Secure assessment items and answer keys are intentionally excluded from this public preview.

Assessment and remediation

Module knowledge checks, quizzes, targeted remediation, and a provider-proposed mastery examination are maintained as course-specific controls. No Virginia score or proctoring rule is imported.

Approval and records

Wisconsin DSPS / Real Estate Examining Board controls approval. Completion and attendance records are configured for at least five years.
