StateCourse uses student information to provide licensing-path guidance, account access, course delivery, support, payment records, and regulated education records.
Information and purpose
Account information, course activity, assessment and completion records, support requests, and transaction references are used to operate StateCourse and preserve required student records. Payment-card details are handled through the payment provider and are not stored as raw card data by StateCourse.
Access and protection
Access to student information is limited according to role and operational need. StateCourse uses access controls, audit records, and service providers necessary to operate the platform.
